I find it strange

how so many people

are ready to clue me in,

on the “will” of God.

 

Now, if everyone knows the “will” of God,

as they claim to,

then why do opinions vary so much??????

 

I’ve never seen anything

so silly.

 

Somehow people think that God,

the Creator of the universe,

must bend or conform to their perceptions,

to their rules.

 

Again,

how silly.

 

Want to know the will of God??????

 

Relax,

just sit back and watch.

 

It is unfolding right before your eyes.

 

In each life,

the pendulum swings both ways,

till the perfect center is found.

 

He knows what each of us need,

to take off the rough edges

and things contrary.

 

He will see that each one,

finds our way home.

 

He loves us that much.

 

Be careful around those who claim to know His will……………

STOP PACKING  AROUND YOUR GUILT,

AND EXCUSES.

YOU HAVE BEEN SHIRKING RESPONSIBILITY.

YOU HAVE BEEN SKIRTING TRUTH,

AVOIDING YOUR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY.

YOU KNOW THAT ALL THAT

RUNNING AROUND,

SEEKING AROUND

JUST DOESN’T GET IT DONE.

CHASING THE NEXT NEW TEACHING,

OR THAT ANCIENT TEACHING,

JUST LEAVES YOU DANGLING

RIGHT WHERE YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN.

SO,

MY LITTLE ONE,

PLEASE, PLEASE,

JUST STOP.

JUST STOP LOOKING…………….

If you really want to find God,

stop looking for Him.

and start looking for yourself.

you know,

your self.

that little one,

hidden

behind so many walls.

Hidden

behind so many defenses.

That vulnerable little angel.

That precious beauty.

That one you barely remember.

You, yes, you.

So protected that you can’t

remember who you are………….

Just stop.

Take the time.

Do the work.

When you break through all YOUR walls,

and knock down all your defenses,

you will really find

that happy little you,

and God.

You see,

 He is in there too,

with you,

just waiting for you to lay down the fear,

and open the door.

The love you missed.

The love you’ve always looked for is only within.

So just give up the search.

You already are where you need to be.

Look within.

Find you.

The kingdom of God

is within.

The path to God

is too easy.

Just lay down your walls.

Just give up your fight,

and your rights.

and noise,

and idle chatter.

walls,

or laws.

The kingdom of God,

the reign of God,

the essence of God,

is within

you.

Give up the fight.

Just get quiet.

Be still,

and know that I AM God.

In the stillness within,

is where He is found.

I’m told what to think,

And what not to think.

I’m looking for that truth,

That makes me free.

It isn’t in the building.

I spent twenty years looking.

It isn’t allowed in.

It’s somewhere outside the walls,

With Jesus.

And now I’m out here.

Tired of words.

Tired of all the noise.

Just so desperately seeking truth.

bent over woman

to kiss her gone?

 

Fifty years ago

her beauty

Too pretty

for common eyes.

The best girls

for the

best guys.

So pretty

she was.

 

Now just look.

really look.

Look in her eyes.

It is her,

still her.

Still so very

beautiful.

 

The rose,

is still

the rose.

 

See the little boy

playing.

His innocence

is perfect.

He smiles

He laughs

He plays

 

He is vulnerable

and he doesn’t

even know it.

 

He is beautiful

and free.

 

A joy,

a true joy

to only

observe him.

But…..

that was sixty

years ago.

 

Now he sits

in a smokey

card room.

 

He weighs

three hundred pounds.

He takes the money

of those less savvy

than himself.

 

Horrible,

unpleasant,

a pig.

 

But look in his eyes

No,

really look………..
